ALICE M. MADY (nee Kouba), age 90, of Chagrin Falls.  Beloved wife of the late John C. “Jack”; loving mother of Jeanette M. Powers, Jill A. (Mike) Milkovich and Joni M. Harter;  dearest grandmother  of Michael C. (Kimberly) Milkovich, Alexa M. Milkovich, John Kyle Mlakar and Charles Shay Mlakar;  dear great grandmother of Jack D. Milkovich and Braxton “Milkovich” Walters; sister of the following deceased, Jack, Howard and Robert Kouba, Lois Rulison and Elizabeth Koran.  CREMATION.  Friends invited to a memorial service at The Federated Church Chapel of Chagrin Falls, 76 Bell St., Chagrin Falls on Saturday, November 10 at 5:00 P.M.  Reception to follow at Lemon Falls, 95 N.
