Barbara A. Onchak (nee Zitner) (November 13, 1933 – May 23, 2025), age 91, of Shalersville, Ohio. Beloved wife of the late Albert F.; loving mother of Patti Frost (Mark Koehler), Darlene Reaves (late Scott), Barbi MacDowell (Douglas), Paulina Onchak (Shawn Patrick), Anthony Onchak (Jennifer), and the late Gregory Onchak; dearest grandmother of Colby MacDowell, Ming Wei Patrick, Adison Onchak, Natalie Onchak and Julia Onchak; sister of the late Albert (late Martha) Zitner, late Louis (Doreen) Zitner, late Joseph (late Trudy) Zitnar, late Irene (late Emerick) Visi and the late Eugene Zitnar; aunt to countless nieces and nephews.
