Benjamin R. Coffaro

Benjamin R. “Sonny” Coffaro, age 88, of Bedford Heights passed away on October 10, 2025. Beloved husband and “Jitterbug” partner of the late Joanne B. Coffaro (nee Sotera); loving father of Charles, Camille, Benji (Heather Gyekenyesi) and “Bonus” Dad, Uncle, and Nonno to many; cherished Nonno to Rob, Charlie, Jamie, Kyle, Aurora, Cydney, Nicolette and great Nonno to Charlie, Aubrey, Sophia, Cole, Theo and Abram. Veteran, U.S. Army.  Sonny was an avid car enthusiast. His beloved 1957 Oldsmobile 88 was often referred to as his “favorite daughter.” CREMATION. Friends and family will be received for a Celebration of Life at St. John Funeral Home, 923 Broadway Ave, Bedford, OH 44146 on Friday, October 17 from 3 P.M. – 7 P.M.
