CAROL ANNE HARGREAVES (nee Drinko), age 80, of Bedford.  Beloved wife of John H. for 60 years; loving mother of John Hargreaves and Jenifer (Matt) Romano; dearest grandmother of Jonathan, Bethany and Stephen (Grace) Hargreaves and Angelina and Joseph Romano; dear sister of Robert (Barbara) and Rosemary (both deceased), and William (Lois) Youmell. Above all Carol was devoted to her family, always serving, encouraging and being supportive.  She treasured her family time especially birthdays, holidays and vacations.  She guided and supported her children by her example of serving others. She loved spoiling her five grandchildren with her cookies and pop.  Carol served others by volunteering at Bedford Hospital and was a St. Mary’s parishioner for over 60 years. She enjoyed bowling, baking, reading and playing pinochle with her friends. Carol enjoyed taking cruises with friends and spending many family vacations creating loving memories at Chautauqua Lake in the summer.

Cremation.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at St. Mary Church, 300 Union St., Bedford at 11:00 A.M.  Friends received at church from 10:30 A.M. until time of Mass. Wearing of masks and social distancing will be observed.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of the Western Reserve.  (St. John Funeral Home of Bedford 440-232-1155).
