David M. Skrebunas

David Skrebunas, age 77, of Boston Heights, Ohio, was surrounded by the love of his family when he received a call on 8/29/25 from the Great Healer. It was an appointment he couldn't refuse. David would like you to know his work here is done and he will not be returning. His spirit will live on in all who knew and loved him. This appointment has the benefits of a renewed body in Christ and a reunion with family & friends he hasn't seen in awhile.

David was a homebody that found joy in the simple pleasures, watching the History Channel, Hallmark movies & Sci-Fi shows & movies. He is finally exploring the final frontier and unlocking the mysteries of the universe. He loved camping & planning out his travels. He took great pride in making from scratch & cooking virtiniai his Lithuanian version of pierogies.

Most of all David loved his family and adored spending time with them. He leaves behind his children Carrie (Jim) Zenda & Kevin (Laura) Skrebunas, who carry forward his legacy of love and laughter. David took great pride in introducing his grandchildren to Pepsi at a young age that helped fuel their caffeine addiction into adulthood. His grandchildren: Rachel Zenda, Tori (Kevin) Cheney, Haylie Zenda, Jayna Zenda, Jared (Bridget) Zenda, Tyler Skrebunas & Marisa Zenda already miss him. He has two great grandson's Milo Zenda & Jaime Zenda enjoyed his silly behavior when playing with them. They will grow up with stories of the gentle man who loved them deeply. Lastly, his faithful dog Heidi will surely miss him too.

We will celebrate David's life at St. John's Funeral Home, 923 Broadway Avenue in Bedford, Ohio on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 4 pm to 7 pm. We encourage those who remember him to raise a glass of Pepsi to celebrate David's life. Colorectal Cancer is the 2nd highest cancer responsible for death globally.
