DEBORAH S. BURNETT (nee Arnold), age 61, of Newbury, formerly of Chagrin Falls. Beloved wife of Thomas for 39 years; loving mother of Clayton (Lisa) Burnett and Brittany (Matt) Papsidero; dearest grandmother of Maybelle and Stone Burnett and Miles and Mia Papsidero; cherished daughter of Beverly (nee Sherman) and the late Robert Arnold; dear sister of Robert (Lynn) Arnold.

Debbie graduated from Chagrin Falls High School with the class of 1977. She was married to Tom in 1980. They met at Rick’s Cafe in downtown Chagrin Falls and married at Hillbrook Country Club. They raised their family with unconditional love and support. Debbie and Tom resided together in a scenic Music Street home and property they lovingly dubbed “The Last Call”.

Debbie loved spending time poolside in the sun, especially in her two favorite places: her back yard and Huatulco, Mexico. Whether with friends or with a book, her peaceful, loving spirit shone with abundance. She truly enjoyed socializing with friends, old and new alike. The joy of her life was time spent with family, especially her four grandchildren.

She taught generations of family love, perseverance, and toughness through her relentless quest for a cure blended with her daily joy of life.
