Visitation Sunday, Dec. 12 from 2 – 5 p.m. at the Bainbridge funeral home, followed by a service on Monday, Dec. 13 at 10:45 a.m. Burial Restland Cemetery. DIANE L. RODHE, age 62, of Garrettsville, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, December 8,2021 surrounded by what was most important to her – family. Diane (nee Malz) was born January 9,1959 in Ilwaco, Washington.  After graduating from Kenston High School, she received her Associate Degree in Dairy Production from The Ohio State University and raised a family while operating a Dairy Farm in Western Ohio. She then obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Hiram College. Diane also served her community as the Fiscal Officer for Hiram Township. She proudly restored a historic Hiram home and happily resided there close to her family. Diane was a loving mother and friend who was known and loved by someone everywhere she went. Diane will be remembered in a ballcap and jeans teaching her grandkids about antique cars, fishing, and to look for the moon. She is survived and cherished by her daughter, Catherine, sons, Kurt (Amanda) and Justin (Rebecca), and four grandchildren. Diane is preceded in death by her mother Carol “Ditto” Malz. Friends received at the ST. JOHN FUNERAL HOME, 16381 CHILLICOTHE RD. (RT 306), CHAGRIN FALLS, 44023 (2.5 MILES NORTH OF RT. 422), SUNDAY, DECEMBER 12 FROM 2 – 5 P.M. where services will be held Monday, December 13 at 10:45 A.M. followed by burial at Restland Cemetery.
