DOLORES V. MELNICK (nee Yurek) age 97 of Bedford. Beloved wife of the late Steven (former police chief of Moreland Hills); loving mother of Michele Melnick and Patrick Melnick; dearest grandmother of Stacey, Brandon and Dominic Melnick and great-grandmother. Friends and family will be received at St. John Funeral Home, 923 Broadway Ave, Bedford, OH 44146 on Monday, June 16 from 4 P.M. – 7 P.M. where a service will be held on Tuesday, June 17 at 10:30 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Bedford at 11 A.M. Interment at All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Our Lady of Victory Adoption Center, 790 Ridge Rd, Lackawanna, NY 14218 in memory of Dolores.
