Beloved husband of the late Florence Marie (nee Kozicki); loving father of Carol Balata and Chris (Jeff) Radloff; dear grandfather of Jason and Joseph Radloff; son of the late Edward and Annette Balata; brother of Arthur (Maria) and Robert (Francis) (both deceased). Veteran, U.S. Army, Korean Conflict. ALL SERVICES PRIVATE. Burial All Saints Cemetery. (ST. JOHN FUNERAL HOME OF BEDFORD 440-232-1155).
