GENE J. PELLILLO, age 97, of Bedford.  Beloved husband of Arlene (nee Tombow) for 76 years; loving father of Gwen (Ron) Jewett, E.J. Pellillo, Gene D. (Diana Kim) Pellillo and the late Diana Yakich; dearest grandfather of Ron (Tracy) Jewett, Amy (Todd) Jewett-Sadler, Rick (Traci) Jewett, Tawny Richards (Nikhil Mehta), Shannon Duricko (Lou Reynolds), Kim Pellillo, Karry Mitch (Matt Boos), Matt Yakich (deceased) and Frank Yakich (deceased); dear great grandfather of 22 and great-great grandfather of 3; brother of the late Esther Lanzalaca.  Veteran, U.S. Army Air Corps, WWII.  Lifetime member of Bedford Lions Club and member of First Baptist Church of Bedford.  As the owner of Pellillo Construction, Gene was well known and respected for building numerous buildings and factories in Bedford and the surrounding communities.  Friends received at the ST. JOHN FUNERAL HOME, 923 BROADWAY AVE., BEDFORD, (ONE MILE WEST OF THE FORBES-BROADWAY EXIT OF I-271), MONDAY, NOV. 16 FROM 3 – 7 P.M.  (Masks required and social distancing observed).  Services, Tuesday, Nov. 17 at Bedford Church of the Nazarene, 365 Center Rd., Bedford at 10:00 A.M.  (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).  Entombment Crown Hill Cemetery Mausoleum.  Although flowers are appreciated, the family suggests contributions to the Bedford Lions Club, c/o 685 Archer Rd., Bedford, OH 44146.
