Visitation Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 2 – 6 p.m. at DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home in Willoughby Hills, with a service there at 5:30 p.m. Burial at All Souls Cemetery.

 

JASON F. FURCSIK, age 38.  Cherished son of Vivian (nee Vance) Furcsik and Kenneth Furcsik; loving brother of Michael (Erika) Furcsik; dearest grandson of Christine and the late Charles Vance and the late Frank and Melba Furcsik; nephew and cousin to many.  Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Jason at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON RD.
