Mary Ann Zayak

MARY ANN ZAYAK (nee Storozuk), age 73 of Bainbridge Twp. Beloved wife/soulmate of the late William G. Zayak; cherished daughter of the late Thomas and Anne Storozuk; loving mother of William J. Zayak (Janice) and Lisa Zayak (Mike Peronek); dearest sister of Richard (deceased) (Karen) Storozuk, Ronald (Deborah) Storozuk, Suzanne (Thomas) Palicka, Phillip (Diana) Storozuk and Kathleen (late Thomas) Shoop; dear aunt to Rick, Anthony, Tom, Michele, Jennifer, Tommy, Derek, Kara, Kristi, Courtney, Stephanie, and Erica.  Also survived by her true-blue, furry companion, Baxter.  Mary Ann’s memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her.  Like scattered seeds, memories bloom forever.  Heartfelt and grateful thanks to the Atrium at Anna Maria and the Cleveland Clinic for their kindness and compassionate care. Cremation. Friends will be received at ST. JOHN FUNERAL HOME, 16381 CHILLICOTHE RD. (RT 306), CHAGRIN FALLS, 44023 (2.5 MILES NORTH OF RT. 422), SUNDAY, OCTOBER 8 FROM 1 – 3 P.M. with a closing service at 3:00 P.M.  The family suggests contributions be made to Alzheimer’s Association or American Cancer Society.
