PATRICIA H. CHRISTIAN (nee Candow) age 91 of Oakwood Village passed away on May 20, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Richard E; loving mother of Mary (Robin) Davis, Joyce (William) Deak, and late Richard (Tamara); cherished sister to the following deceased Robert, Raymond, and William Candow; dearest grandmother of Robin (Brian) Ott, Brian (Becky) Bendlak, Kelly (David) Bon, Thomas (Deanna) Bendlak, Melissa Chrisitan, Richard (Fiancé Chelsie Kosir), Cory (Elizabeth) Bendlak, and Robert (Lindsey) Chrisitan; dear great grandmother of Corbin and Henry Ott, Julian and Adelaide Bon, Abigail, Gavin, Daniel, Isabel, Lily, Audrey, Paul, and Noah Bendlak; an aunt to many nieces and nephews. Patricia was an Eucharistic minister at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church and a chairperson for the Architectural Board of Review in the village of Oakwood for 35 years. She was also the democratic vice present for the Democratic Club of Oakwood. Friends and family are welcome to ST. JOHN FUNERAL HOME, 923 BROADWAY AVE, BEDFORD, FRIDAY, MAY 23 FROM 3 P.M. – 7 P.M. Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be held on Saturday, May 24 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 9080 Shepard Rd, Macedonia, OH 44056 at 11 A.M. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Patricia.
