Patricia J. DeFranco, age 86, passed away on May 6, 2024. She was a long-time Chagrin Falls resident and worked as a registered nurse. Patricia was a devoted grandmother and caregiver and a loyal Cleveland sports fan.

She is survived by her children Mitchell (Lori), Doug (Megan), Matthew (Cheryl), and Michelle (Eric) Lundquist; grandchildren Kevin, Jill (Lexton) Womack, Ben, Jason (Jenna), Nathan (Abbey), Olivia and Lucy; and great-grandchildren Leo and Mia.

Family and friends are welcome on Thursday May 9, 2024 at St. John Funeral Home, 16381 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls OH 44023 from 4-7pm, and on Friday May 10, 2024 at the Church of the Holy Angels, 18205 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023 from Noon-1pm. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at the church at 1pm. Interment Evergreen Hill Cemetery, Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
