Visitation Monday, Aug. 3 from 6 – 8 p.m. (Masks are required and social distancing will be observed).  Mass of Christian burial on Tuesday, Aug. 4 at 11 a.m. at Church of the Holy Angels (Please Meet at Church). (Masks required at church). Burial at Aurora Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Pat’s name to the Alzheimer Association, National Processing Center, Alzheimer Association, PO Box 96001, Washington DC 20090-6011.  See full notice for details.

PATRICK M. BOWEN  passed away July 22, 2020.  Born on August 25, 1946 in Northeast, PA.  Devoted husband for over 52 years to Melissa M. (nee Schroeder); loving father of Chris, Erica Plante (Jay), Tim (Jennifer); beloved Papa of Ed (Nao), Chloe, Timothy, Alex, Joshua and Sarah.; dear brother of Cheryll (late Steven) Brimmer and late Margo (Rick) Constantino; dear uncle to many. Pat served in the U.S. Navy, held a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Akron and a Master’s  in Business Administration from John Carroll University.   Pat was a kind, gentle man who was a lifelong learner and teacher to his children. He found joy spending time with friends and family, had a passion for music and a love for singing.  He was an active member of the Church of the Holy Angels where he sang in the choir.  We will celebrate Pat’s life beginning MONDAY, AUGUST 3,  FROM 6:00-8:00 PM at ST. JOHN FUNERAL  HOME, 16381 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (RT 306), CHAGRIN FALLS,  44023 (2.5 MILES NORTH OF RT. 422). (Masks are required and social distancing will be observed).   Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, August 4, 11:00 am at Church of the Holy Angels, 18205 Chillicothe Rd., Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023 (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).(Masks are required). Interment to follow at Aurora Cemetery, S. Aurora Rd, Aurora, 44202. In lieu of flowers a contribution may be made to the Alzheimer Association in Pat’s name: National Processing Center, Alzheimer Association, PO Box 96001, Washington, DC. 20090-6011.
