WILLIAM T. “BILL” WULIGER, age 75, passed away on September 7, 2019 at his home in Bentleyville.  Beloved husband of Laura A. Davis-Wuliger (nee Wazgar) together for 33 years; loving father of Melissa (Shawn) Otto, Amy (Shane Knee) Wuliger and Fred Wuliger and step-father to Matt Davis; dearest grandfather of Taylor, Morgan and Nicholas Otto and Johann, Maya and Josie Knee; dear brother of Tom, Joel, James and Carl.  Born and raised in Northeastern Ohio, Bill was a 1969 graduate of Case Western Reserve University Law School and practiced in the Cleveland area for more than 50 years, first as a defender of the poor and later in private practice.  CREMATION.  Friends received at the ST. JOHN FUNERAL HOME, 16381 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (RT 306), CHAGRIN FALLS, 44023 (2.5 MILES NORTH OF RT. 422), SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14 FROM  2 – 5 P.M. where a memorial service will be held at 4:30 P.M.  In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made in his name to the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland online at www.lasclev.org/InMemoryBWuliger/, or to Brigham and Women’s Hospital to support the Cardiac Amyloidosis Program Fund online at www.bwhgiving.org or by check payable to Brigham and Women’s Hospital with “in memory of William T.
